Carl Bork's work is widely collected across the U.S. and abroad. In 2012, Bork's solo show "Colorado Impressions" at the Tointon Gallery in Greeley, CO was a sold out show, and he has been commissioned to work on 18 paintings for the Westin Great Southern Hotel in Columbus Ohio. Bork was featured in Southwest Art Magazine's annual emerging artist article "21 under 31 emerging artists to collect now".
Brice Turnbull has work in collections on 5 continents, and presented a solo exhibition in central Paris at Galerie Muranése in 2009. His commercial installations include custom art lighting as part of the "Kansas City Area Interior of the year, 2006" for EBT restaurant commissioned through Madden-MacFarland Interior Design. He has appeared in broadcast segments on NBC, ABC, Fox, and PBS among others.
Launching this new collaborative work at year's end 2014, both artists are energized by the process of this team and these materials. In the first months of partnership, Turnbull and Bork were racing to capture their emerging visions in light and color at the pace of inspiration. "Ascent", their inaugural exhibit, was successful but only opened creative doors for this project. Both Carl and Brice are eager to find platforms to expand the scope of this exhilirating work.
